ONLY WEEKS TO GO!!!!!!

Saturday was a mint day for riding. In the morning Jess and I did kiwi-summit road, first thing before work. It was bloody gorgeous on the summit. After work, I headed out again, to the kiwi, then the summit, then did reverse short bays round to Rapaki where I met Yvette and the girls and U-turned then short bays home. A great day training.

Then on Sunday, Chris, Jess, Jonny, Namisha, Ginnie, Kev, Maryanne, Scott, Lynn, Donna, Jo and I did the Gorges! Apart from the HORRIBLE and endless NW wind that we all HATE down the old West coast road, it was a great ride! It's 18 years or so since I have done that ride. I was a real treat actually. Man, I actually had people to talk too! MINT! After the gorges, I rode back out to Sumner with the crew that live out there, then climbed evens and then did the summit road to Kiwi. I’ll be honest, I was pretty smashed. The day before hurt my pins, so climbing evens was pretty grim. Another great 195Kms under the belt.

Today, Monday..... ZERO! Day off and LOVED IT. The best massage I have EVER from Heather.... I mean it... call her and book! Make the effort, your legs will go better. Don’t procrastinate! Call them NOW! Thanks so much Heather! Bloody AMAZING! Ph 385 0544
